Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges


Our goal as Daisy Lane Team Members is to make you happy! We urge you to give us a call or send us an e-mail with any questions regarding our online return policy.

We offer refunds or exchanges for all unworn, undamaged merchandise with original packaging and tags attached. Worn or damaged merchandise will not be refunded at anytime.

All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us. This allows you at least two weeks to mull over your purchase. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. Daisy Shoppe does not cover shipping in either direction. You are responsible for shipping costs on all returned products.

How to Make a Return or Exchange:

Please include your order number, first and last name, phone number, and reason for return, along with product to be returned. Returns without a phone number are subject to a longer processing time resulting in a delay of fund reversal. Give us your digits!

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at +1(949) 503-1760 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-5:00 pm PST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders, we will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if my order was placed?
once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
